Wallis<\/strong> unterst\u00fctzt seit 1963 Familien, in denen ein Mitglied an Cerebralparese (PC) oder Mehrfachbehinderungen leidet.<\/p><p>Die Cerebralparese ist auf eine Hirnsch\u00e4digung zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, die entweder vor oder w\u00e4hrend der Geburt, also in den ersten Lebensmonaten (postnatale Zeit), aufgetreten ist.<\/p><p>Die Sch\u00e4digung des kindlichen Gehirns kann verschiedene Ursachen haben, wie z. B. eine vorgeburtliche Virusinfektion wie R\u00f6teln oder Toxoplasmose. W\u00e4hrend der Geburt kann das Gehirn durch Sauerstoffmangel oder andere Komplikationen gesch\u00e4digt werden. In den ersten Lebensjahren sind es meist Unf\u00e4lle mit Sch\u00e4delverletzungen oder schwere Krankheiten mit Meningitis, die eine zerebrale Bewegungsbehinderung ausl\u00f6sen.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-b0ce564 sc_content_align_inherit sc_layouts_column_icons_position_left sc_fly_static\" data-id=\"b0ce564\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0496eb4 sc_fly_static elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0496eb4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Diese Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen \u00e4u\u00dfern sich individuell auf sehr unterschiedliche Weise. Sie gehen oft mit unwillk\u00fcrlichen Bewegungen und Gleichgewichtsst\u00f6rungen einher. In Verbindung mit einer intellektuellen Retardierung, Sprachschwierigkeiten, Epilepsie und\/oder Sinnesst\u00f6rungen spricht man sodann von einer Mehrfachbehinderung.
